The heat conductivity of Polyurethane sandwich panel is 0.020W/m·k and it’s only half of Glass-wool and EPS sandwich panels. A low thermal conductivity brings superb insulation and anti-sweating effect at inner surface which is 30 times more than brick. This self-standing structure has a good enough strength and solved all the problems in industrial construction field with high efficiency which can be fitted at any kind of buildings, perfectly.

Excellent stability

A Polyurethane sandwich panel has an excellent stability and there’s only a little shrinkage · expansion by heat. It’s good for bending, compression strength, chemical, heat, sound-proof and that’s because it also has a strong resistance to water and steam, its insulating effect does not changed as time goes by.

This self-standing structure has a good strength and solidity as it can be jointed as one piece. A Polyurethane sandwich panel can produce with various colors and enable free-design with easy assembling.

Incombustible materials

A PIR sandwich panel which is made with Polyisocyanurate foam as a core material, it’s a very suitable building construction materials for fire retardant by removing damages, deformation sat high-temperature and decreasing smokability.

Low smokability

PIR sandwich panels has an excellent safety with low smoke index & high oxygen index and due to these facts, it can minimize all kind of fire risks. Also, PIR foam has no shrinking-swelling at low temperature and it can be used for cold store facilities and freezers with outstanding performance.

PIR (Poly Isocyanurate Foam)

PIR sandwich panels use PIR(Polyisocyanurate) foam as an internal insulation, which has lower smokeability and better fire resistance compare with PUR(Polyurethane) foam, it’s one of the best building material of superior insulation & fire protecting performance.

PUR (Poly Urethane Foam)

PUR sandwich panels made with rigid polyurethane foam as a core material and it could be applied to wide range also where you don’t need to use flame retarding materials based on the building law.
